Refuge International provides medical, dental and surgical care to underserved communities in Guatemala while also helping to train the next generation of healthcare providers. Collaborating alongside their in-country-partners, Refuge International has helped create sustainable programs not only in healthcare, but nutrition and education. Serving in multiple communicates throughout Guatemala for over 20 years, Refuge International has been an integral mission making a positive impact in so many peoples lives. Helping train the next generation of health care providers not only from volunteers from the United States, but through in-country-partners from Guatemala positively impacts the next generation and provides an amazing opportunity for collaboration between countries.
